The sad news of the death of our great hero Nelson Mandela made Boxmore employees even more determined to spend 67 minutes with those less fortunate than themselves. Spurred on by the thought that these types of initiatives are exactly what Madiba encouraged South Africans to do, Boxmore Plastics employees joined the kids of the Intabazwe kitchen in a day of fun and entertainment. The cloudy weather made the taste of the popcorn all the more delicious. The kids ran around having their hair sprayed, face painted and some had tattoos put on. The kids also played games with Boxmore staff whilst listening to the DJ play contemporary music. The children were given Boxmore bags filled with fun and educational goodies. We would like to extend our gratitude to the following sponsors that helped make the day a success. Pick and Pay, Shoprite, Spar, Aquelle, Deep Blue, Boxlee, Tropic Plastics, Sean of Aqua Puro and Doreen. Final thanks goes out to the Boxmore CEO, Clynt Levin for his support in this worthwhile project.
